We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Content Author Specialist to support website content publishing and digital operations within a fast‑paced ecommerce environment. This role will focus on maintaining and updating site content through CMS platforms, ensuring accurate scheduling, content linking, QA validation, and collaboration across digital merchandising and product teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with CMS tools, customer‑facing digital platforms, and ecommerce operations while demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities Content Publishing & CMS Management- Publish timely and accurate website content updates through CMS platforms
- Maintain and update site content, ensuring proper scheduling and publishing accuracy
- Manage content linking and site refresh updates across digital experiences
- Support product launches, acquisition campaigns, and A/B testing initiatives
- Conduct detailed QA testing of website content
, assets, and links before deployment - Validate content accuracy for site refreshes and seasonal updates
- Troubleshoot website issues, broken links, and CMS/platform‑related problems
- Ensure customer‑facing digital experiences meet quality and functionality standards
- Partner closely with digital merchandising and seasonal planning teams
- Collaborate with digital designers regarding site asset requirements and design feedback
- Work with digital product teams to identify CMS enhancement and tool development opportunities
- Coordinate with content authors and stakeholders to maintain best practices and documentation
- Support ongoing site enhancement projects and special initiatives
- Assist with CMS tool onboarding and process improvements
- Work within ecommerce operational workflows and digital publishing environments
- Contribute to process documentation and operational efficiencies
- 1–3 years of experience in CMS content publishing and/or ecommerce operations
- Experience working with customer‑facing digital products
- Experience with SFCC, First Spirit CMS
, or the ability to quickly learn new CMS tools - Working knowledge of Salesforce, HTML, and CSS preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving capabilities
