Hybrid Onsite | 4 days per week in Boston, MA
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to drive agile transformation across the organization. This role partners with executive leadership, product teams, and delivery organizations to embed agile mindsets, improve delivery capabilities, and align business outcomes with modern ways of working.
The Enterprise Agile Coach operates at both the strategic (enterprise-level) and team-level, influencing culture, operating models, and execution excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Transformation & Strategy
- Lead enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives across business and technology teams
- Define and evolve agile operating models (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model)
- Align agile practices with organizational goals, product strategy, and customer outcomes
- Guide leaders on funding models, governance, and portfolio management in an agile context
Coaching & Mentoring
- Coach executives, senior leaders, and managers on agile leadership and mindset
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams to mature agile practices
- Provide hands‑on coaching to teams to improve flow, collaboration, and delivery predictability
- Build internal coaching capability and communities of practice
- 8–12+ years of experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Dev Ops, Lean)
- 3–5+ years in an Enterprise Agile Coach or similar transformation role
- Proven experience leading large-scale agile transformations
- Strong understanding of multiple agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Experience working with executive leadership and influencing at senior levels
- Background in software delivery, product management, or engineering
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Agile certifications (e.g., SPC, CEC, SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile, CST)
- Experience in large, complex enterprises (e.g., Fortune 500)
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and cloud-native environments
- Experience with product operating models and digital transformation initiatives
Pay: $110-$120/hr W2. Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
