Role & Responsibilities

The Sr. Account Manager will partner with strategic ISVs, building and maintaining broad relationships with C‑level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner organization, and sales. Key responsibilities include setting a long‑term strategy, executing daily to grow customers, developing and managing opportunities, and facilitating a large team of extended resources.

The role involves selling to the most strategic levels within accounts, implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance, supporting new service adoption and new line of business development, and providing dotted‑line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of technology sales experience (enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services).
  • Experience with AWS technologies.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across an account, including creative systems thinking and visioning.
  • Ability to collaborate with an extended team to address client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with ISV partners and their go‑to‑market goals.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range:
    USA, MA, Boston – $–$ per year;
    USA, NY, New York – $–$ per year;
    USA, VA, Arlington – $–$ per year.
