Validity is hiring for an experienced UX Designer with a minimum of 3-4 years of directly related professional work experience owning complex end-to-end design challenges, serving as a project’s sole designer and leading client interviews. This is a role for an experiencedmid-to-senior UX Designer capable of driving user experience design strategy.

As a member of our product team, you’ll work on complex user experience challenges for our suite of email success and optimization products. You'll create intuitive interfaces that help our customers understand complex data, streamline their workflows, and maximize the value of our solutions.

• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features.
• Create clear, actionable data visualizations that help users extract insights from complex data.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product managers and engineers to identify opportunities, shape product direction, and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into your designs.
• Apply and extend our design system to maintain consistency.
• Transform complex user needs into elegant, intuitive solutions.
• Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of full-time, post-internship professional UX design experience. This is a role for an experiencedmid-to-senior UX Designer capable of driving user experience design strategy.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX Designer-level professional projects and work experience, including the ability to simplify complex data and processes.
• Strong proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.
• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions to non-designers.
• Experience with usability testing and iterative design processes.
• Experience with design systems.
• Experience leading customer interviews.
• Experience working in a remote environment.

• Experience designing
  
  B2B SaaS enterprise products, data visualization, email marketing platforms/tools and email marketing software.
• Experience with user research methods beyond usability testing.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas to communicate concepts and drive excitement.

Salary range $110,000 - $120,000 plus benefits, bonus opportunities and stock options. Final salary may vary depending on skills, location, and/or experience.
