Role Overview
WSP is seeking an IT On‑Site Support Technician to provide on‑site technical support to users in various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to IT incidents, collaborating with administrators and analysts, and developing relationships with office managers.
ResponsibilitiesThe IT On‑Site Support Technician will respond to IT incidents, transfer requests to specialized support, identify and document recurring problems, and collaborate with administrators and analysts to resolve complex incidents.
Qualifications- 2 to 5 years of experience as a level 2 support technician
- Degree or certificate in computer science or other computer‑related discipline
- A+, Network Plus or Help Desk Institute certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and common office tools/software
- Knowledge of Service Now
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
