SAP Functional Analyst III, BUWorks, Human Capital Management

Boston University Information Services & Technology (IS&T) seeks a qualified professional to join the BUWorks team. In this role you will design and configure SAP Human Capital Management solutions, working closely with clients and developers to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Salary Grade: 50 (range $–$).
Position Type:
Full‑Time / Regular.
Reporting To:
Assistant Director, HR Applications.

• Work collaboratively with clients and developers to deliver robust solutions following SAP best practices.
• Execute and configure within SAP modules Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits (BE), Time (TM), and Payroll (PY).
• Strategically analyze and design documentation based on business requirements.
• Participate in project implementations.
• Monitor, prioritize, and work on product backlogs and support tickets.
• Define and execute test phases within project implementations.

• B.A./B.S. or comparable experience with 5+ years of applicable experience.
• Experience in Human Resource policies along with SAP HCM and other SAP tools and technologies, including SAP ERP, Business Suite on HANA, ESS/MSS, SAP Fiori, and SAP Success Factors.
