• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within established service levels.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
• Support executive and VIP users with priority technical assistance.
• Assist users with productivity, communication, and collaboration applications.
• Provide user guidance, training, and technical assistance as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing deskside, desktop, or end‑user support in an enterprise environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware issues.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting enterprise operating systems and end‑user computing environments.
• Knowledge of user account administration and access management processes.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• High School Diploma or GED

• Bachelors or Associates degree
• Industry‑recognized desktop support certification
• IT service management certification
• End‑user computing or workstation administration certification
• Networking fundamentals certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
