Intellectual Property Operations Manager
Schneider Electric has a hybrid opportunity for an Intellectual Property Operations Manager in the following Schneider Electric Hub Locations:
Boston, MA;
Nashville, TN;
Raleigh, NC;
Dallas, TX or Westmont, IL. The IP Operations Manager is a Global Legal Operations organization, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IP operations, technology, and data-driven processes across a complex, global environment. This role partners closely with IP leadership, Legal Operations, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient, scalable, and cost-effective delivery of IP services globally. This position oversees the full IP technology and vendor ecosystem, leads major global initiatives (including system implementations, integrations, and data migrations), and drives operational excellence through process improvement, analytics, automation, and change management.

Bachelor's degree required. Extensive prior experience in IP operations, legal operations, technology-enabled operations, or related fields. Deep familiarity with IP processes (patents, trademarks, designs, docketing, foreign filing, annuities). Experience in delivering complex projects and programs end-to-end in a global corporate environment. Hands-on experience with IP technology ecosystems (IPMS, analytics, e-billing, integrations, data migrations). Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, vendor management, and ROI analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities with high attention to detail. Strong teamwork, and interpersonal/communication skills to support an inclusive and global team. Ability to work on own initiative, independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
CompensationFor this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
