Klaviyo’s mission is helping businesses grow by owning their data and experiences. The Director of Product, Channel Infrastructure and Mobile will lead shared infrastructure for all channels, with deep ownership of email, push, and in-app messaging. This leader will advance robust, global infrastructure and manage the full product lifecycle, focusing on mobile ecosystems (iOS, Android, and SDKs). You will own the strategic roadmap and collaborate across engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful customer solutions.

How You’ll Make a Difference- Define, develop, and execute a strategic roadmap for Klaviyo's messaging platforms to enhance their scalability and performance across multiple channels. This effort will directly support our mission of customer data ownership.
- Lead cross-functional teams to innovate and implement new features in mobile ecosystems, increasing our value proposition for iOS and Android. Strengthening these platforms will fortify Klaviyo's leadership in the market.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation through delivery, ensuring product offerings meet high-quality standards and align with customer expectations. This will contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish key performance metrics for the channel infrastructure and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions that propel performance improvements. This approach will foster data ownership and business growth.
- Cultivate relationships with major platform partners and stakeholders to strengthen Klaviyo's market position and enhance collaborative innovation. Such partnerships are essential for maintaining our customer-first proposition.
- Manage a team of talented product managers, providing mentorship and guidance to develop their skills and align their work with Klaviyo's strategic goals. Talented teams are crucial to achieving our mission.
- Continuously assess market trends and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for new channel features or enhancements. Responding to changing dynamics will ensure competitiveness and relevance.
- Enhance communication processes to better coordinate and unify efforts across Klaviyo's global teams, ensuring the seamless integration of channel and mobile functionalities. Streamlining communication maximizes efficiency.
- Champion an agile development approach to bring flexibility and adaptability to product development processes. This methodology supports rapid iteration and faster time-to-market for new features.
- Facilitate feedback loops with customers to ensure product developments resonate with end-user needs, reinforcing Klaviyo's commitment to customer-first solutions.
- Implement rigorous testing methodologies to ensure product reliabilities, such that each channel release is dependable and meets enterprise-grade standards.
- Advocate for a customer-centric approach in all development initiatives, ensuring that our channels deliver personalized and impactful experiences that resonate with our clients' audiences.
