Role Summary
Implements monitoring, analytics, and proactive support capabilities for AV operations.
Roles & Responsibilities- Deploy and manage remote monitoring solutions
- Enable proactive alerting and incident detection
- Support automation and self-healing initiatives
- Integrate AV monitoring with ITSM tools and dashboards
- Provide SLA performance insights and reporting
- Monitoring tools and analytics platforms (Splunk etc)
- ITSM integration (e.g., Service Now)
- Automation concepts (scripts, workflows)
- Data analysis and reporting
- ITIL Foundation
- Relevant monitoring/tool certifications
