About the Role

As the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing campaigns and overseeing their performance across all global paid media channels. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, global campaigns, and field teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with GTM priorities and deliver against pipeline goals.

What You’ll Do Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and refine quarterly cross-channel paid media strategies aligned to global campaigns, regional campaigns, and field marketing initiatives
  • Support quarterly media planning, allocating spend across channels and campaigns
  • Monitor and track paid media pipeline targets and full-funnel KPIs
Execution & Optimization
  • Oversee campaign execution across Google Ads, Linked In, display and other media channels with support from external and internal teams
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day agency point of contact for channel and campaign operations
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for always-on creative, audience, and landing page optimization
  • Leverage AI in campaign execution to increase speed to market
Performance & Reporting
  • Drive pipeline attribution and conversion tracking across paid media touchpoints
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Dreamdata, Salesforce, Power BI, and 6sense
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Business Insights to report campaign results for executive, cross-functional, and partner audiences
Collaboration & Enablement
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creative and assets
  • Partner with Mar Ops and Rev Ops to design holistic KPIs and reporting framework
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training initiatives
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media strategy and execution; agency experience a bonus
  • Strong hands-on experience with major ad platforms:
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, programmatic DSPs, etc. Bonus for ABM targeting platforms like 6

    Sense
  • Deep technical and analytical skills: comfortable with large data sets, attribution modeling, using tools like Dreamdata, Salesforce/CRM, reporting/visualization tools (Looker, Power Bi)
  • Strong ability to leverage AI and automation to improve performance, increase efficiency, and speed paid media campaign execution
  • Proven success managing large-scale B2B campaigns across multiple platforms
