With our recent brand identity refresh and new website launch, our team is poised to expand its impact and more fully advance the strategic priorities of the firm and its practice groups. To support this evolution, we are seeking a Specialist to join the Strategic Growth Team and help translate strategic priorities into action by supporting execution across the team’s core functions—marketing & communications, business growth & client solutions, and practice group management.
SUMMARYThe Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for executing data-driven marketing initiatives that support client engagement, business development, and brand visibility across the firm. Serving as a key contributor within the Strategic Growth Team, this role combines digital marketing, CRM management, content development, and event marketing to help advance the firm's growth objectives.
The Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing the firm's marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, email marketing, website content, social media, and digital advertising platforms. Through the development and execution of integrated campaigns, the role helps connect attorneys with clients and prospects, amplify thought leadership, and generate meaningful engagement across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical marketing professional with experience in CRM administration, marketing automation, digital campaign management, content marketing, and performance reporting. They are comfortable working with data, translating insights into action, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
This role requires strong project management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CRM & Audience Engagement- Support the rollout of the firm’s CRM database (Hub Spot).
- Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting capabilities.
- Develop and distribute CRM-driven email marketing campaigns and track engagement metrics.
- Generate mailing lists, dashboards, and analytics to support business development efforts.
- Monitor and report on attorney and client engagement activities.
- Support the development of marketing automation workflows, nurture campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Assist with CRM adoption efforts, user training, and best practices across the firm.
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, sponsored content, and directory opportunities.
- Coordinate Linked In marketing efforts, including firm, practice, and attorney promotion strategies.
- Monitor website performance and support SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to improve search visibility, content discoverability, and AI-driven search performance.
- Support website content updates, landing pages, and digital campaign tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on website, email, social media, and advertising metrics.
- Research and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities, platforms, and technologies.
- Assist with online reputation management, rankings, and digital profiles.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, email engagement, social media performance, campaign ROI, and audience growth.
- Draft, edit, and coordinate client alerts, newsletters, blogs, website content, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with attorneys and business development managers to identify and promote thought leadership opportunities.
- Maintain practice group descriptions, attorney biographies, experience databases, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across digital and print channels.
- Coordinate events, webinars, sponsor ships, speaking engagements, and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, invitations, registrations, attendee communications, and follow-up campaigns.
- Leverage CRM and digital marketing tools to promote events and measure engagement.
- Track event ROI and support post-event business development activities.
