Description:
We are in need of a UI/UX designer. Primarily the role is focused on helping develop Figma designs by working with client's Business Analysts. If possible, we prefer to see candidates with at least some healthcare or med device background, but strong financial services or regulatory experience (government or education) can also suffice. Also minimum 3-5 years' experience in UX. The current resumes have some of experience, but no healthcare history.
For this role – We do have an urgent need to fill this role: looking for a candidate with the following details:
- Strong background in UX, but leaning more toward Information Architecture instead of pure UI Design
- Comfortable working with data (not manipulating data, but understanding how to display and design dynamic data, tables, and spreadsheets)
- Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and developers
- Understanding of Business Analyst role – may have some need to document UX/UI requirements for the dev team
- Experience creating dashboards or dynamically-driven digital experiences
