" Candidates must reside within a 30-minute driving distance from the client location.
" Full residential address must be included with the submission.
" Candidates must own a vehicle and be comfortable traveling within a 30 35 mile radius to support multiple client locations.
" Flexibility to work different shifts is required.
Job Summary:
The Senior Desktop Support professional will provide on-site IT support for providers and practice managers within a clinical environment, serving as the primary face of IT support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
" Provide daily IT support at clinical locations using the Service Now ticketing system.
" Travel to clinic sites for onsite technical support as needed.
" Support end-user onboarding, hardware setup, software installation, and technical troubleshooting.
" Handle and resolve IT escalations from clinical locations.
" Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
" Replace hardware components when necessary.
" Assist users with adapting to new technologies and system changes.
" Contribute to process improvements and support operational best practices.
