The Manager of Business Solutions – Marketing & Business Development (BD) is a technology-focused role responsible for the architecture, optimization, integration, and governance of systems supporting the firm's Marketing and Business Development functions. This individual serves as the portfolio owner for CRM and related marketing technologies, ensuring platforms are scalable, secure, well-integrated, and aligned with firmwide technology standards.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in CRM platforms, marketing technology ecosystems, systems integration, data architecture, and reporting. The Manager partners closely with Marketing/BD leadership, Enterprise Transformation Technology teams, Infrastructure, Information Security, Data Strategy, and external vendors to translate business requirements into well-designed, sustainable technology solutions.

• 3-5 years of experience in business systems management, CRM administration, or marketing technology architecture, preferably within a law firm, professional services, or complex enterprise environment.
• Previous hands-on experience configuring and supporting CRM platforms (e.g., Inter Action, Salesforce, Peppermint) and integrating them with other enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required; CRM or platform certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of:
• APIs and system integrations
• Data architecture and data governance principles
• Workflow automation and business process mapping
• Reporting and BI tools
• Experience working closely with infrastructure and information security teams in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing system enhancements, testing cycles, and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and project coordination skills.

This position will require physical presence in Proskauer's offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). The anticipated compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
