Benchling is looking for a Field Enablement Manager, focused on enablement program and platform management, to own our Docebo LMS end-to-end and build the onboarding curriculum that enables our customer-facing teams to deliver at a high level. This role has hybrid responsibilities: part platform administrator, part learning program contributor. You will ensure the LMS is healthy, well-architected, and driving measurable outcomes, while also designing and maintaining content, learning paths, and certification programs across our internal and external consumers.

This role is a key contributor to Benchling's broader knowledge infrastructure investments, including our AI knowledge management initiatives.
