Service Now Developer
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Service Now platform using various modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and more.
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Develop integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, or other integration technologies.
Develop, test, and deploy custom applications, workflows, and scripts within the Service Now platform to meet business requirements.
Configure and customize Service Now features, including forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and notifications.
Implement Service Now best practices and ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
Ensure the quality and reliability of the delivered solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Service Now applications and integrations.
Stay current with the latest Service Now releases and features and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Assist in Service Now platform upgrades and migrations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Service Now solutions, including design specifications, technical workflows, and user guides.
