Senior Consulting Account Manager (New Logo Acquisition)

The Senior Consulting Account Manager (New Logo Acquisition) is responsible for driving aggressive net-new revenue growth for our Oracle consulting services portfolio. This role is focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing new enterprise and upper-mid-market clients while expanding our presence within the Oracle ecosystem. As a hunter, you will create new market opportunities for Oracle SaaS applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Data & AI services, managed services, and multi-cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, strategic seller with deep Oracle expertise and a proven track record of generating new business in complex enterprise environments. You will orchestrate pursuit teams, cultivate strong C-level relationships, and lead the end-to-end sales cycle to secure large, multi-year consulting engagements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a targeted hunting strategy to acquire new enterprise clients for Oracle ERP consulting, OCI migrations, Oracle SaaS implementations, and managed services.
  • Generate pipeline from scratch through proactive prospecting, outbound campaigns, networking within the Oracle ecosystem, and market mapping.
  • Establish and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships
    , positioning our team as a strategic partner for Oracle transformation and modernization initiatives.
  • Lead complex Oracle services pursuits
    , including scoping, RFP response strategy, competitive differentiation, solution design alignment, and commercial negotiations.
  • Work closely with Oracle Sales, Oracle Channel, and Oracle Consulting leadership to jointly pursue opportunities and leverage co-sell programs.
  • Develop compelling business cases and ROI models demonstrating the value of Oracle Cloud, ERP modernization services, Data and AI.
  • Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams
    , including solution architects, delivery leadership, partner alliances, and industry SMEs.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue
    , maintaining detailed pursuit plans and documentation in CRM.
  • Stay current with Oracle product roadmaps
    , competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company at Oracle and industry events
    , driving brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1015+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
    , with a proven track record of exceeding quota in complex consulting/service-led sales.
  • Demonstrated success as a hunter
    , consistently acquiring new logos and closing net-new enterprise deals of $15M+.
  • Extensive experience selling Oracle consulting services, Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM implementations, OCI migrations, and related professional services
    .
  • Experience selling multi-cloud, digital transformation, and managed services strongly preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (KSAs)
  • Deep understanding of the Oracle ecosystem
    , including Oracle SaaS applications, OCI, Oracle ERP modernization, and analytics.
  • Strong network across Oracle Sales, Oracle Channel organizations, and the broader Oracle partner community
    .
  • Ability to articulate cloud transformation, modernization, and digital strategy to C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong command of solution selling methodologies
    , value engineering, and enterprise IT strategy.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and multi-tower technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to build trusted advisory relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Self-directed, organized, and skilled in time management.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% or more for client meetings, events, and internal collaboration.
