Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work, or military experience 2 years' experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field 2-year or 4-year Degree or vocational training equivalent in CS or MIS. 10 years of experience supporting a corporate networked computer environment, including: installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment; building, deploying and troubleshooting computers;
Providing executive/VIP support MCP, MSCE or A+ certifications Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 and Telephony equipment support experience Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 support. Experience supporting Telephony equipment. Mac OS experience

What you'll do on a typical day:
Deliver world-class white glove support to all executives, onsite and remote, in a courteous professional manner Develop solid relationships and demonstrate expert-level ability to inspire trust and maintain confidentiality to best support and improve executive-level needs to better understand how each individual operates and how to best support and improve their experience Advanced Knowledge, Support, and Troubleshooting of AV, presentation, and teleconferencing equipment Contributes to the recommendation of new technologies that will be beneficial to the company Independently resolves complex, break-fix issues;

troubleshoots user problems at the desktop or provides phone support to diagnose remote customer issues Annual Salary Range: $106,383 to $132,978 Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
