Senior Insights Analyst (Product Analytics Team)

Location:

Boston, MA (global presence across North America, Europe and Asia).

Responsibilities
  • Design, analyze, and optimize product‑led growth funnels to drive Enterprise pipeline, conversion, and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and segment new and existing users based on product usage, customer attributes, business potential, and risk signals.
  • Analyze usage patterns to define and refine product limits, thresholds, packaging, and monetization strategies.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to continuously track user segments, funnel performance, product adoption, and key business outcomes.
  • Measure the impact of product, pricing, funnel, and business changes, including building models to evaluate outcomes and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Apply advanced analytics methods, including statistical modeling, A/B testing, and experimentation, to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that can be implemented in product and business systems.
  • Create analytical outputs, dashboards, and visualizations that support product and business decision‑making.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior and top management audiences, ensuring clarity, relevance, and strong business impact.
  • Lead analytics projects end‑to‑end and drive the adoption of data‑driven solutions across the organization.
  • Partner with data, analytics, product, and business teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliable decision‑making.
  • Mentor data analysts and support their professional growth.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, analytics best practices, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles, with proven impact on business outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience working with large‑scale relational databases.
  • Proven experience analyzing complex datasets and solving ambiguous, high‑impact business problems.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis.
  • Hands‑on experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments, including A/B testing.
  • Experience building analytical frameworks, such as funnels, segmentation, monitoring systems, and impact measurement approaches.
  • Strong data visualization skills and the ability to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across product, business, and other functions, influencing decisions through data.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to senior or non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to independently own analytical projects end‑to‑end, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience contributing to analytics best practices, knowledge sharing, and team development.
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Experience working on pricing, packaging, monetization, product limits, or Enterprise growth initiatives.
  • Experience mentoring analysts or supporting analytical maturity within a team.
  • Interest in leveraging modern analytics tools, automation, or AI to improve analytical workflows.
