We’re working with an innovative technology company in Boston that is looking to hire a senior-level Test Architect / Performance Engineer to help drive quality, scalability, and reliability across critical platforms.
This is a highly visible role focused on building modern testing strategies and ensuring systems perform under real-world scale.
What we’re looking for:- Experience designing enterprise-level test automation strategies and frameworks
- Strong background in performance, load, and stress testing
- Experience testing CI/CD pipelines and improving release quality
- Hands‑on experience with performance tooling
- Ability to analyze system bottlenecks across APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments
- Experience partnering with engineering and Dev Ops teams to improve platform reliability
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architectures
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience implementing quality engineering best practices across Agile teams
- Observability or monitoring experience with tools like Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk
