At least 10 years of experience – we need a highly experienced candidate with deep/expert level technology experience on managing ESX, VmWare, VSphere infrastructure supporting business critical applications and operations.

High value experience:

• Vcenter and VM management - monitoring overall system wide operation, creating and provisioning ESX hosts to support Windows and UNIX Virtual Machines, investigating problems, managing vm resources, building clones, applying ESX patches etc.
• Windows OS: monitoring, investigating problems, opening and managing tickets with vendors as needed, building and configuring new Windows systems - virtual and physical, provide simple active directory support (Checking user / share Permissions for troubleshooting, adding computers to the domain)
• Working as a team manage the incident queue and respond to support request (app support, network, DB, storage, occasional user assistance…)
• Manage Print Servers across the globe.
• Complete Net Backup restore requests.
