Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PLM Engineer with strong Aras Innovator expertise to support enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Aras Innovator configuration, customization, integrations, workflow automation, and production support. This role requires deep understanding of PLM processes such as BOM management, engineering change control (ECR/ECO), product data management, and system integrations with ERP/CAD platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain Aras Innovator PLM platform
• Develop and enhance PLM workflows, forms, methods, reports, and business logic
• Manage product structures, BOMs, revisions, and change processes (ECR/ECO)
• Provide production support, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve defects
• Develop integrations between Aras PLM and enterprise systems such as SAP / Oracle ERP
• Support CAD integrations and engineering data synchronization
• Work with business users, engineering teams, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements
• Perform data migration, system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
• Create technical documentation and support training efforts
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and governance best practices

Required Skills &

• 10+ years of overall PLM experience
• 4+ years hands-on Aras Innovator experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Aras configuration & customization

• Workflow development

• Strong programming skills in:
• C#

• Java Script
• SQL Server
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments
