Job Description:
Must have technical/functional skills. Good knowledge on Salesforce Cloud (from product perspective). How much they know vendor product (i.e product roadmap) - last 18 months of SF launches new functionality. Overall program management and stakeholder management experience
• Relationship building
• Product prioritization etc.
• Meet and prioritize the work with Product Manager, taking input from business.
• Help business take decisions.
• Capability to meet will multiple stakeholders as Tech representative
• Multi feature, multiproduct planning experience should be there
• Product planning, spring planning, backlog management
• Gatekeeper for Development team, to see how requirements are coming in.
• Knows Product Lifecycle from beginning to end. Acceptance criteria, backlog, KPIs etc. It's a director level position so we need excellent communication, street smart guy. Experience requested: 8-10 years.
