Pharma Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a high-level Program Manager to support the Commercial PMO portfolio, driving delivery across key commercial technology initiatives. This individual will own end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Drive end-to-end program delivery from initiation through launch across Commercial initiatives
• Create and maintain core project deliverables:
  • Project charters
  • Detailed project plans and schedules
  • Milestones and stage gates
  • Status reports and dashboards
• Manage day-to-day execution across all work streams:
  • Task ownership, dependencies, and timelines
  • Cross-functional coordination
  • Resource planning and constraint management
• Own and maintain the RAID log, ensuring:
  • Risks/issues are identified, mitigated, and escalated
  • Actions are tracked to completion
  • Decisions are clearly documented
• Anticipate and solve cross-functional risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Partner with implementation teams to manage delivery through JIRA (Agile/Waterfall)
• Deliver weekly executive-level status reporting, tailored for:
  • Delivery teams
  • Business stakeholders
  • Senior leadership
• 8+ years of Program Manager experience within Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech
• Experience managing Commercial Technology programs, including one or more of:
  • Patient Services Programs
  • Salesforce (Life Sciences Cloud)
  • Veeva CRM
  • Mosaic / Beacon
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Commercial analytics / Mar Tech platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams across business & technology stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile Environment

$90-95.50

• 8+ years of Program Manager experience within Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech
• Experience managing Commercial Technology programs, including one or more of:
  • Patient Services Programs
  • Salesforce (Life Sciences Cloud)
  • Veeva CRM
  • Mosaic / Beacon
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Commercial analytics / Mar Tech platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams across business & technology stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile Environment
• Experience supporting commercial launches (new disease areas or therapies)
• Exposure to AI‑enabled solutions / advanced analytics platforms in commercial pharma
• Prior experience within a Digital Transformation environment PMP, Agile, or other formal PM certifications
• Experience managing multiple interdependent programs within a portfolio
• Strong change management and stakeholder influence at leadership level
