Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of extensive experience in testing within a banking contact center environment Proficiency in Genesys contact center tools, including configuration, testing, and issue resolution Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks Proficient in utilizing Jira for issue tracking, project management, and test case management Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools for test planning and execution Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data for issue identification Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and documentation Preferred:
Certifications in Genesys tools or relevant testing methodologies, knowledge of banking processes, experience in automation testing
