Senior Specialist, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role is located in Boston.

• In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.
• You’ll help empower our breakthrough innovations, be given challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility.
• The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of web, database, and application server life‑cycles; from installing new hardware and operating systems, support of existing servers and platforms, effecting bug and security patching, performance monitoring and tuning, break/fix troubleshooting, to retirement or upgrade of older hardware and platforms.
• You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Strong experience in Linux administration with excellent administration and troubleshooting skills. Red Hat engineer certification (RHCE) a plus.
  • Overall 5-7 years of experience
  • Strong experience in Windows administration + excellent administration and troubleshooting skills with Windows server 2012/2016/2019
  • Experience in VMware administration - Responsible for all day‑to‑day management of the VMs including: installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, patching and backup and recovery.
  • Experience in SAN / NAS Storage administration - SAN zoning, SAN migration (EMC would be added advantage)
  • Experience in Backup administration - Data Domain, Net Backup
  • Experience with Shell / Powershell / Python scripting

  • Experience in Ansible, Jenkins and CIDC tools such as Git
