My client, a rapidly expanding health and wellness organization, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst. This is a hands‑on role sitting at the heart of their customer support operation — owning the tools, building the automations, and making sure thousands of daily interactions run smoothly.
Qualifications- Has owned a support tech stack end‑to‑end — Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar
- Actually builds things — automations, workflows, configurations
- Experience with a CTI or contact center platform (Aircall, Ring Central, Five9, Zoom Contact Center)
- Is already using AI tools to make their work faster and better
- Is Boston‑based and excited to be in office with a great team
