Our client — a mission-driven nonprofit organization — is mid-way through selecting their implementation partner and preparing to kick off a full Net Suite deployment, migrating from a legacy Great Plains environment. They're looking for a hands‑on project manager who can also operate as an internal Net Suite super user and serve as the primary bridge between their team and the implementation consultants.
This is not a passive coordination role — they need someone who brings energy, accountability, and ERP fluency to the table from day one.

- Drive the Net Suite implementation from the client side — owning project timelines, milestone accountability, and stakeholder deadlines
- Serve as the internal Net Suite super user and primary liaison with the external implementation team
- Support chart of accounts redesign, business process improvement, and team structure decisions during the design phase
- Lead UAT coordination and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
- Provide potential support on upcoming audit activities alongside implementation responsibilities
- Strong accounting background — you understand the financial foundation behind ERP design decisions
- Hands‑on Net Suite implementation experience — ideally across multiple projects or modules
- Nonprofit sector experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with grant management or fund accounting
- Naturally assertive and proactive — you push teams forward without waiting to be asked
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid model during the design phase; largely remote thereafter
This engagement begins part‑time but grows significantly in intensity through the design, testing, and go‑live phases. For the right candidate, there is a clear path to a permanent role within the organization’s finance and operations team long‑term.
