Client is looking for a Pega System Analyst :
Responsibilities- Assisting in defining the project scope and managing the defined scope.
- Defining functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of the system.
- Serving as a business subject matter expert and acting as liaison between business and IT.
- Providing link between technical and business views by ensuring solutions satisfy business needs.
- Leading system requirements definition, design, testing, training, and implementation support.
- Applying use of tools to define requirements and documentation.
- Providing analysis of efficiencies related to system enhancements/automation.
- Working with IT learning organization to assist in development of system training documentation and providing training to end users.
- Assisting with developing use cases.
- BA/BS in information systems or related field; 3-5 or more years related experience; OR any combination of education and experience that would provide equivalent background.
