Those in deal strategy at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your work will involve analyzing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives.

Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity

As part of the Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy team, you will assist clients with strategic planning and business reviews. As a Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver exceptional work while managing client service accounts and driving engagement work streams. What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in software development, product management, technology consulting, or corporate development at a software or software-enabled business

Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
