Position: Lead Strategic Partnership Data Analyst (Hybrid)

Job Overview

The Lead Strategic Partnership Data Analyst turns data into clear, actionable insights that support National Accounts. You will identify what is driving performance and influence decisions with fact‑based recommendations. You will create advanced data visualisation and executive‑ready presentations, translating complex findings into clear stories and dashboards for leadership audiences. The role partners closely with account executives, data engineers and finance, requiring strong communication skills at both technical and business levels.

The analyst reports to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics and works in a hybrid office/home setup, with a minimum of 10 days per month expected in one of two locations:
Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Conduct accurate and timely business analysis and reporting to support and drive business decisions using statistical modelling and other business analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define key financial and operational metrics to continuously monitor, track, and report performance.
  • Collaborate with business partners in the development and delivery of key performance analysis and reporting.
  • Build and maintain models used to project business results and enhance the models where there is business value in adjusting them.
  • Ensure analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity, explain performance drivers, and provide insights into performance trends.
  • Analyse and address data quality issues, test and analyze the impact of system changes to data/reporting infrastructure.
  • Develop, test and deploy automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
  • May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based on skills, achievements, or experience.
Qualifications
  • Big Query / SQL script‑writing experience required.
  • Insurance product and pricing domain knowledge.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis.
  • Strong experience utilizing data tools such as R and Python to build complex formulas and create reports.
  • Data visualisation experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Knowledge of a variety of standard reporting software packages and best practices for report deployment processes.
  • Experience developing data sets.
  • Experience providing customer‑driven solutions, support or service.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience analysing the customer journey across web, digital, and contact‑centre distribution channels.
  • Experience using data to understand and optimise how channel interactions and product and price decisions influence customer outcomes.
  • Comfort efficiently working through ambiguity to produce reliable, analysis‑ready outputs.
  • Experience using statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modelling, and AI‑enabled tools.
