Senior Business System Analyst

We're partnering with a leading client in Marlborough, MA to hire a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. This role will focus on partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to reduce revenue leakage, optimize pricing, and improve quote-to-cash processes.

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify sources of revenue leakage.
• Analyze Salesforce CPQ pricing rules and configuration to identify pricing optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate As Sold vs. Ordered/Shipped data to identify contract, pricing, and fulfillment discrepancies.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business users, Salesforce administrators, developers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate recommendations to both business and technical audiences.
• Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Create process documentation, business workflows, and functional specifications.
• Drive best practices for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ processes.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and gathering business requirements from cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ pricing rules, product configuration, quoting, and pricing strategies.
• Experience analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating business requirements, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across business and technical teams.

• Initial 6‑month contract
• Hybrid role requiring up to 3 days per week onsite in Marlborough, MA
