* Key Responsibilities:

*** Administer daily IT operations, ensuring robust support infrastructure for a dynamic organization.
* Provide on-site support to Executive-level employees, conducting research and testing to ensure minimal disruptions in regular day-to-day operations
* Engage with cutting-edge technologies, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and system security.
* Optimize configurations and maintain system updates to minimize organizational risk.
* Manage and prioritize multiple projects, adapting swiftly to evolving business needs.
* Provide comprehensive SaaS application administration and support.
* Resolve user issues efficiently using ticketing tools and providing outstanding hardware and operating system support.
** Requirements:
*** 1-3 years' experience in an IT Help Desk role or a similar capacity.
* Minimum 3-days per week in-office
* Meticulous attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting acumen.
* Experience in SaaS application administration.
* Proficiency in assisting users through ticketing systems.
* Capable of supporting a variety of hardware and operating systems.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Previous work in a startup or fast-paced environment is an asset.
* Experience with videoconferencing support.
* Knowledge in asset management and tracking.
* Familiarity with MacOS support.
