The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website design and development, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the company website, including updating content, images, and videos
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement digital marketing strategies
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engines and implement SEO best practices
- Regularly review and update website policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure website functionality and security
- Develop and maintain website documentation, including user guides and training materials
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Experience with content management systems, such as Word Press or Drupal
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
