Job Description

The QA / BA will be performing project tasks related to Bankwire Project, Fraud Infrastructure upgrades and support various applications across the Fraud Portfolio. This individual will

Responsibilities
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
  • Perform manual and automated tests for software functionality, installation, and usability.
  • Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Manage bugs and error tracking.
  • Document and present test results to management.
  • Coordinate and prioritize testing of application modifications and bug fixes.
  • Work with multiple development teams and software projects.

This role will be an integral part of enhancement and upgrade work being done to real time fraud detection applications within the Accounting Risk & Finance IT organization at Santander Bank. The Bank is on a digital transformation journey, that is calling for changes to how they track, detect, report and prevent fraudulent activities across their entities. Your role will be critical to the analysis delivery that will lead to these changes to happen successfully.

  • This QA / BA needs to have a "jump in mentality"
  • This person will need to be able to hit the ground running

  • Person needs to be personable and able to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
  • System design analysis, application integration, documentation, release management, fraud, anti money laundering, project tracking, technical, integration, systems flow, technical requirements gathering, service & integration, technical analysis.
  • Previous experience working at Santander Bank
  • Strong technical skill
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with the ability to establish relationships easily
