Role Overview
Own product development, solution design, and technical delivery for complex cloud migration, application modernization, AI/ML, and data & analytics engagements. This is a client-facing role with delivery accountability and business development responsibilities.
What You Will DoIdentify new business opportunities, drive strategic product and service development, lead solution architecture, serve as a trusted technical advisor, contribute to RFP/RFQ responses, and drive new and existing partner relationships.

- Growth/autonomy/impact include shaping solution offerings, translating emerging technology trends into productized service lines, and driving revenue growth.

- 3+ years contributing to or leading business development and capture activities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and shape solution offerings.
- Demonstrated experience in regulated environments (FedRAMP Moderate, HIPAA, CJIS, IRS Pub 1075).
- State and local government experience — procurement cycles, compliance, public-sector IT realities.
- AI/ML practical experience (Bedrock, Sage Maker, or equivalent; generative AI, RAG architectures).
- Application modernization — legacy to cloud-native (containerization, microservices, API-first).
- Data & analytics fluency — data lakes, analytics platforms, BI tooling.
