ground cover is redefining cloud-native observability and delivering a modern platform designed for Kubernetes, deployed in customers’ own cloud and powered by eBPF. You’ll join the Customer Success team as the first Technical Account Manager in the US, owning the full post-sale technical relationship from onboarding through expansion and ongoing engagement, shaping how this function is built.
