AI Implementation, Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between AI solutions and enterprise systems
• Configure and manage APIs, authentication mechanisms, permissions, and access controls
• Support deployment, operational readiness, and production rollout of AI solutions
• Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful implementations
• Establish practical governance and security guardrails that enable innovation while maintaining compliance and operational standards
• Support vendor evaluations, technical assessments, and architecture reviews
• Troubleshoot integration issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Help define best practices for AI platform connectivity and enterprise adoption

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems, integrations, architecture, IT delivery, or related technical roles
• Strong experience working with APIs, enterprise integrations, and system connectivity
• Solid understanding of identity and access management, authentication, and security fundamentals
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and business‑critical systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Azure services, and modern AI platforms
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Nice to have:
  Experience integrating with JD Edwards, Oracle, or other ERP platforms
• Exposure to enterprise AI initiatives and AI platform deployment
• Experience with cloud architecture and integration platforms
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices
• Background supporting digital transformation programs
