Equipment Documentation and Requirements Analyst

Overview

Our organization requires the service of an Equipment Documentation and Requirements Analyst.

• Analysis of emerging equipment capabilities and reviews, monitors, and maintains the documentation audit trail for all USAR Basis of Issue Plans for FY22.
• Responsible for coordinating between HQDA and OCAR FM Organizational Integrators (OIs) and compiling/forwarding all AR responses to HQDA in preparation for the Organizational Requirements Document Approval Briefing Council of Colonels and/or General Officer Steering Committee.
• Coordinated MTOE corrections with HQDA and USAR OIs for input to the out of cycle process.
• Analyzes, coordinates, and refines recommendations on Army requirements and authorizations documents.
• Produces and reviews data analysis products to ensure more efficient and resource-informed decisions. Creates and manipulates reports to support analytical findings.

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Business, Education, Information Systems, Management, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance.
• 2-3 years of requirements gathering experience highly preferred.
• Proven experience in translating technology into functional/user interface and business requirements.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills – including ability to anticipate, access and determine solution.
