• Analyse client business processes to identify optimisation opportunities and align them with industry‑specific standards and best practices
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain‑specific insights
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customisations and configurations, drafting SOPs and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in‑depth research on third‑party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during set‑up and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs to ensure system stability and performance post‑implementation

• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and coordination skills with a focus on process optimisation
• A knack for creating detailed process maps and technical documentation with domain‑specialisation
• Pro-active approach to conducting benchmarking studies and product research
• Familiarity with system implementation, configuration and maintenance
• Effective collaboration and communication abilities with cross‑functional teams

Experience with Information Technology. Experience in Capital markets domain with data analysis, data mapping, SQL and Jira.

• Experience in Capital markets domain with data analysis, data mapping and Jira
• Data‑mapping skills – manage projects on a monthly software release cycle with minimal supervision
• Financial Jira experience
• Financial Market domain knowledge – SQL
• Gather business requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business users, developers and managers
• Develop use cases, functional specifications and test cases – ensure test coverage and complete documentation for each software release
• Handle release weekend support and production support
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The job entails extensive travel. The job also entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates must be able to communicate by telephone, e‑mail or face‑to‑face

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
