Client Industry: Leading Financial Services & Insurance Provider
Employment Type:
Full-Time, Permanent
Our client, a premier name in the global financial services sector known for its long-standing stability and ethical leadership, is seeking a high-level Lead Systems Analyst to drive their Enterprise Automation strategy.
This is not a "heads-down" coding role; we are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technical solutions. You will act as a consultant and Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding the organization on how to leverage RPA and AI to scale operations and reduce risk.
The Role Scope:- Strategic Advisory:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and product owners to define automation roadmaps and prioritize high-impact investments. - End-to-End Analysis:
Lead deep-dive assessments of cross-functional workflows to determine feasibility, ROI, and the best technical approach (RPA, AI, or Process Re-engineering). - Solution Architecture:
Translate vague business problems into structured technical requirements, use cases, and process maps. - Process Excellence:
Continually refine the enterprise intake and governance frameworks to ensure the automation lifecycle is lean and effective. - Mentorship:
Serve as a functional lead, upskilling junior analysts and setting the standard for documentation and process mapping (Visio/Lucidchart). - Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. - Experience:
At least 8+ years in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement. - Technical Depth: A minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with Enterprise RPA platforms (ideally UiPath, though similar platforms will be considered).
- Domain Expertise:
Proven track record within a highly regulated environment such as Insurance or Financial Services. - Innovation:
Demonstrated experience delivering projects that integrate AI/Machine Learning with traditional automation. - Communication:
Exceptional executive-level presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different business units.
This organization is recognized for its commitment to employee growth and corporate responsibility. You will join a sophisticated Data Science and AI Engineering ecosystem that values ethics as much as innovation.
- Culture of Inclusion:
Access to diverse Business Resource Groups (BRGs) supporting a wide range of communities (Veteran, LGBTQ+, Women in Tech, etc.). - Professional Development:
Dedicated mentorship, specialized training via platforms like Degreed, and regular 1-on-1s focused on your career trajectory. - Stability:
Working for a firm with industry-leading pay, comprehensive benefits, and a reputation for long-term financial strength.
