CeDent is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Support & Training team for the Americas. The successful candidate will train clients on the Client imaging products line and provide prompt support of our systems, both on-site and remotely.
Based in the Boston, MA area, you will install systems, troubleshoot hardware/software, and document activities to drive customer satisfaction. A life science or technical degree, excellent communication, and travel readiness are essential.
