Title:
AV Support Engineers – L1 / L2
Locations:
Onsite:
Boston, MA
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $20-$25/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Role Summary:
- Provides operational support for AV rooms, devices, and end users ensuring SLA adherence.
- Handle incident/request management (L1/L2)
- Provide conference room and device troubleshooting
- Support onsite break/fix and remote diagnostics
Coordinate with L3 and vendors for escalation - Deliver user-facing support (white-glove where Required)
- AV device troubleshooting (MTR, Zoom Rooms)
- Service desk and ITSM tools
- Customer-facing communication
- Basic network/audio/video troubleshooting
- Digital signage support (Appspace content updates, Bright Sign troubleshooting)
- Basic support for room booking platforms (Eptura Engage)
- ITIL Foundation
- AVIXA CTS (preferred)
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in IT / AV Technology
