Title: AV Monitoring & Automation Engineer
Location:
Boston MA
Duration: 6+ Months
Salary Range: $45- $50 an hour on W2 or C2C
Job Description:
Implements monitoring, analytics, and proactive support capabilities for AV operations.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Deploy and manage remote monitoring solutions
Enable proactive alerting and incident detection
Support automation and self-healing initiatives
Integrate AV monitoring with ITSM tools and dashboards
Provide SLA performance insights and reporting
Key
Skills:
Monitoring tools and analytics platforms (Splunk etc)
ITSM integration (e.g., Service Now)
Automation concepts (scripts, workflows)
Data analysis and reporting
Certifications (Preferred):
ITIL Foundation
Relevant monitoring/tool certifications
Education:
Bachelor s in IT / Computer Science / Engineering
