Servicenow Platform Leader
A highly respected professional services organization is seeking a Service Now Platform Leader to own the strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery of its enterprise Service Now environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for platform health, solution design, integrations, automation, vendor management, and long-term roadmap planning. The position will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable platform solutions.
Key qualifications:
- 5+ years of Service Now development experience
- Technical leadership or architecture experience
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and integrations
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and platform governance
- Service Now certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are highly desirable
- Experience in regulated or security-conscious environments is a plus
Location:
Greater Boston area, hybrid schedule
