Role Overview
Workstream Project Manager will focus on one of the core pieces of our Product – Third Party Data, Telematics, Underwriting, Features & Experience, Core Pricing, Forms & RV. Synthesize research and analysis into actionable outcome statements that impact go-forward product design. Collaborate with Delivery‑led work streams, IT, and Product partners to guide day‑to‑day activities through launch. Contribute to project timelines and roadmaps, closely following risks and dependencies.
Ability to work through ambiguity and chart a course forward to optimize speed and building a go‑forward product foundation. Drive consensus with business partners with differing points of view. Experience with AI and how it can transform traditional requirements gathering processes is a strong plus.

- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field.
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience, typically 6 years.
- Master's degree beneficial.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects preferred.
