Our client, a premier global financial services leader, is seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to join their Corporate Technology division. This is a high-visibility role within the Finance Technology team, where you will act as a strategic bridge between executive CFO stakeholders and technical engineering pods.
Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you will spearhead large-scale Fin Tech initiatives that modernize how the organization handles accounting, reporting, and treasury operations. This is an ideal role for a leader who excels at translating complex business objectives into actionable technical delivery.
The Core Mission- Strategic Delivery:
Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact technology projects within the finance domain. - Stakeholder Partnership:
Work directly with senior finance leadership and technology heads to ensure alignment with global organizational goals. - Agile Leadership:
Drive product delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, ensuring technical teams (engineers, data scientists, and developers) remain focused on high-value outcomes. - System Integration:
Oversee the integration of complex financial accounting systems with actuarial and claims platforms. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, or Actuarial Science. - Proven Track Record:
At least 8 years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects. - Tech-Forward Delivery: 6+ years specifically focused on technology execution and high-level Agile product delivery.
- Certification: PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master certification is required.
- Eligibility:
Must be authorized to work in height US without current or future sponsorship.
- The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience and a deep understanding of the Big Picture in financial technology, including:
- Tooling Expert:
Mastery of JIRA, Confluence, and modern project management frameworks. - ERP/Fin Tech Knowledge:
Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA), Kyriba, Treasury products, or similar ERP ecosystems. - Financial Literacy: A strong grasp of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial data analysis.
- Systems Integration:
Experience connecting finance systems with policy administration or actuarial platforms. - Influential Leadership:
The ability to motivate cross-functional teams and drive consensus without direct line-management authority. - Modern Productivity:
