We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Certified Infrastructure Engineer to support a client on an immediate consulting engagement. This position was created to replace a recently vacated role and requires a hands‑on engineer who can quickly contribute across Microsoft 365 administration, infrastructure support, and end‑user operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment
- Perform Microsoft 365 tenant cleanup, governance, and standardization initiatives
- Implement security policies, compliance controls, and best practices
- Provide escalated end‑user support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues
- Support infrastructure operations and ongoing IT initiatives identified through a recent IT audit
- Develop and maintain administrative processes, documentation, and operational standards
Required Experience
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 governance, security, and policy management
- Experience supporting end users and IT infrastructure in a corporate environment
- Ability to independently assess, prioritize, and execute improvement initiatives
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
