Product Expert - Clinical Data Management Systems

The Role

Veeva is seeking a highly motivated individual with data management or life science industry experience in software product management to drive customer success with Veeva Clinical Data Management products, specifically Veeva Clinical Database (CDB), focused on North America.

• Represent the Product organization and serve as an evangelist for Veeva CDB at customer meetings, online communities, and industry events.
• Advocate the voice of the customer to shape the product roadmap.
• Realize the value of product innovations by creating valuable content and resources for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision.
• Provide education to Veeva Clinical Data Management customers in meetings and online communities.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to inform roadmap strategy and release planning.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver content and resources for product and release communication.
• Provide cross‑functional support to internal teams, including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support.

• 5+ years in data management and/or a life science software product management role (comparable roles considered).
• Recent experience working with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva CDB, including hands‑on study build.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate technical requirements to both business and technical audiences.
• Experience interacting with customers across business users, IT departments, and executive suite, as well as internal teams remotely and in person.
• Strong analytical skills and English proficiency (written, verbal, and formal presentations).
• Self‑directed, positive, team‑player attitude.
• Willingness to travel 15‑30% to customer and community event locations.
• Based in the U.S. with ability to work across time zones, including Europe; preference for U.S. East Coast.
• SQL knowledge and recent hands‑on programming experience.

• Base pay: $65,000 – $150,000. Salary range is regulatory compliant and may vary based on experience and location. Additional compensation may include variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
